Yes. All web design and e-commerce projects are billed in three structured instalments: 40% upon contract signature, 40% upon design approval (before development begins), and 20% upon launch. For Enterprise projects, a four-payment schedule can be arranged. All payment terms are agreed in writing before any work begins and are not subject to unilateral change.
Package prices cover all design and development work as specified. They do not include: domain registration (typically €10–30/year), web hosting (we recommend and configure European cloud infrastructure at approximately €20–60/month), third-party software licences (premium Shopify apps, specific WordPress plugins), professional copywriting (available as an add-on), or professional photography. Any additional costs are itemised and agreed in writing before the project starts. There are no surprises.

Our operational costs — office, infrastructure, senior talent — are significantly lower than those of equivalent agencies in Western European or North American cities. We pass that cost advantage to clients as the "nearshore premium": Western European quality standards at 30–40% below onshore rates. No. The contract specifies a fixed price for the agreed scope. If you request changes to that scope during the project, we produce a written change order specifying the additional cost and timeline impact before any extra work begins. You approve or decline the change order — we never proceed with out-of-scope work and then invoice it retrospectively.
Our minimum engagement is the Starter Website at €4,900 for web design, or the SEO audit at €490 for SEO. We do not take on projects below these thresholds, as the economics do not allow us to deliver our process — and therefore our quality — at lower price points. If your budget is below these levels, we would rather give you an honest recommendation than take the project and under-deliver.
