What to look for in an SE European agency
Austrian or German-market references. An agency that has successfully delivered projects for DACH clients understands the standards, the legal requirements (DSGVO, ECG, Impressumspflicht) and the design sensibilities of the market.
Transparent portfolio with live URLs. Not mockups. Not generic screenshots. Actual live websites you can visit and assess yourself.
Communication in your language. The agency should communicate fluently in German or English, not rely on translation software.
European hosting and data handling. For GDPR compliance, your data and your clients' data should stay in the EU.
